March 6 - West 44, Olympus 36
Story of the game: Chris Barnes scored 13 points and Tyrell
Corbin had 12 as West went on a 12-0 run late in the game and
beat region rival Olympus to advance to the 4A state championship
game.
Oly's key moment: The Titans couldn't beat West for a third time,
even though they dominated the first two games against the
Panthers. Oly played well enough to win, but never generated an
inside game this time. Corbin Green led with 11 points.
West's key moment: The Panthers trailed most of the game. With
the score 36-32, they held Oly scoreless the rest of the way. Barnes,
Corbin and Ricardo Saldana had big plays and West hit its free
throws to pull off the win.
Statistical notes: West was 14-17 from the free-throw line; Oly was
just 2-4. Only four players scored for Oly. Joe Bourne and Will
Watkins were scoreless.
What we learned from this game: Oly was the top team in Region
6 this year, but didn't play its best at state. Still, it almost pulled this
one off. This was a talented club.
Next: Olympus finished the season with a 19-5 record. West
advanced to the state championship game for the first time since
1975, where it will play unbeaten Provo March 7.

March 5 - Olympus 51, Timpview 49
Story of the game: It was the Corbin Green Show, as the Olympus
senior scored 20 points, including seven straight during a
third-quarter stretch, as the Titans beat Timpview and advanced to
the 4A semifinals.
Olympus' best moment: Oly led 33-27 when Green cut loose,
scoring his seven straight to boost the margin to 40-30. Green was
the only Oly player in double figures, and he added 14 rebounds.
Timpview's best moment: The Thunderbirds got 14 points from
Lincoln Selk, but they were hurt by their poor three-point shooting
(4-24). Eli Robison had 10 points and Bronson Kaufusi added nine
points and 13 rebounds.
Statistical notes: Oly almost let Timpview back into the game by
hitting just 6-16 free throws in the final two minutes. Oly shot 35
percent for the game; Timpview shot 30 percent. Both teams made
four three-pointers. Ironically, Green didn't have any.
What we learned from this game: Olympus advanced in a tough
battle, but still hasn't played one of its better games in this 4A state
tournament.
Next: Olympus will play Region 6 rival West in one semifinal
matchup on March 6.

March 3 - Olympus 56, Orem 49
Story of the game: Corbin Green made sure the Olympus Titans
advanced, scoring 23 points and pulling down nine rebounds in
Oly's first round 4A tournament win over Orem.
Olympus' best moment: Oly had a 10-point lead in the third quarter,
but Orem rallied to tie the game 42-42. At that time, Joe Bourne took
over, hitting 6-7 free throws down the stretch to sew up the win. Will
Watkins had 11 points and Bourne 10.
Orem's best moment: The Tigers had a great inside-outside game
as 6-10 center Ian Harward was a force inside, and Orem hit seven
three-pointers. Harward, Keenan Karratti and Sean Peterson had
11 points each for Orem.
Statistical notes: Green had four three-pointers for Oly. The Titans
were 16-21 from the free-throw line, compared to 4-10 for Orem. Oly
shot 34 percent, but was helped by 14 offensive rebounds.
What we learned from this game: Oly battled, and became the first
of three Region 6 teams to advance to the second round. Green
proved his worth in this game.
Next: Olympus takes on Timpview in a quarterfinal game March 5.
Orem finished the season 10-12.

Feb. 24 - Olympus 84, Cyprus 60
Story of the game: Connor Brady scored 19 points and Corbin
Green had 17 as Olympus had its best offensive output of the
season in beating Cyprus in both team's Region 6 finale.
Olympus' best moment: The Titans slowly built their lead with great
perimeter shooting, much like they've done all year. Oly had 11
three-pointers and Cyprus couldn't keep up. Nicholas Paulos had
14 points and Will Watkins 10.
Cyprus' best moment: Weston Warr had a season-high 16 points
as Cyprus stayed within 10 points at halftime. The Pirates also hit
from the outside, as Roman Sanchez had three of the team's six
three-pointers.
Statistical notes: The 84 points given up was the second-most this
season for Cyprus. Oly won its sixth straight game. Taylor Jones
had 11 points for the Pirates.
What we learned from this game: Olympus rolls into the 4A state
tourney with hopes of faring better than last year, when the Titans
lost in the first round. The E Center is also known to be a problem
for good-shooting teams because of the background.
Next: Olympus advanced to the state tourney and will play Orem in
the first round March 3. Cyprus is finished for the season.

Feb. 20 - Olympus 64, East 36
Story of the game: Connor Brady and Will Watkins led a balanced
scoring effort with 12 points apiece as the Olympus defense
throttled East and the Titans earned their fifth straight win.
Olympus' best moment: The Titans led 27-16 at halftime, but
outscored East 22-4 in the third quarter to put the game away. Oly
cleared its bench and 10 players scored in the final home game of
the season.
East's best moment: The Leopards were never in the game, and
their post-season chances were hurt, too. Andrew Williams was
East's top scorer with eight points.
Statistical notes: East's worst offensive outputs in region play both
came against Olympus. Oly had five three-pointers, led by Nicholas
Paulos with two. Corbin Green had 11 points and Paulos 10 for Oly.
What we learned from this game: Olympus is just gaining
momentum for the 4A state tourney. Oly is 14-1 so far this year
against 4A schools.
Next: Olympus finishes the season at Cyprus Feb. 24. East plays
host to Highland the same night.

box score, click here.
Feb. 17 - Olympus 72, West 53
Story of the game: Corbin Green scored 20 points and Nicholas
Paulos and Connor Brady had 18 each as the Titans showed off
their hot outside shooting again and whipped West to capture their
third straight Region 6 championship.
Olympus' best moment: The game was close through the first
quarter, but Olympus went on a 14-1 run in the second quarter to
take a big halftime lead. After West rallied, Oly poured it on in the
final quarter.
West's best moment: The Panthers trailed 30-17 at halftime, but
rallied to get within six points before running out of gas. Daniel Wray
and Chris Barnes led West with 16 points apiece.
Statistical notes: Oly had eight three-pointers, led by Paulos, who
had four. West also had eight treys. West's Ricardo Saldana was
held to just five points, and fouled out in the third quarter.
What we learned from this game: In this battle between the
region's top two teams (at the time), Olympus dominated the
matchup and earned a No. 1 seed in the 4A state tournament.
Next: Olympus plays host to East on Feb. 20. West goes to
Highland the same night.

Feb. 13 - Olympus 73, Cottonwood 42
Story of the game: Spencer Hille scored a season-high 20 points,
but it was the Titans' defense that held Cottonwood to its worst
offensive game of the season in the Region 6 win.
Olympus' best moment: The Titans' defense started quickly,
holding Cottonwood to just three points in the first quarter. When
Oly's offense kicked in soon after, this game was over. Corbin
Green had 12 points and Connor Brady had 11.
Cottonwood's best moment: The Colts were never in this game,
and suffered their worst loss of the season. Raymond Chavez and
Alo Moli were the top scorers with nine points apiece.
Statistical notes: This was Oly's second straight 30+ win. Oly had
eight three-pointers, while Cottonwood had four.
What we learned from this game: Olympus has clinched a state
tourney berth, and now can win the Region 6 title outright if it beats
West next week.
Next: Olympus travels to play West on Feb. 20. Cottonwood takes
on Highland at home the same night.

the Deseret News brief, click here. To view the Salt Lake Tribune
box score, click here.
Feb. 10 - Olympus 70, Granger 39
Story of the game: Spencer Hille had a season-high 15 points as
Olympus blew out Granger early and claimed the easy win in a
Region 6 game.
Oly's best moment: The Titans started fast, jumping to a 23-4
first-quarter lead, and then expanded it from there. Hille led four
players in double figures as Granger couldn't keep up. Connor
Brady had 14 points.
Granger's best moment: The Lancers were never in this game,
although they played close to even in the second half. Tre Musgrow
had 12 points and Woul Koyom 10.
Statistical notes: Olympus reserves outscored Granger 26-22 in
the second half. Will Watkins had 11 points and Corbin Green 10
for Olympus. Oly won the season series and both games were
routs.
What we learned from this game: The Titans seem to be back to
normal after this easy win. The Feb. 17 matchup with West still
awaits.
Next: Olympus returns home to play Cottonwood Feb. 13. Granger
travels to Highland the same night.
Links: There was no local media coverage of this game. To read
the Deseret News brief, click here. To view the Salt Lake Tribune
box score, click here.
Feb. 6 - Olympus 50, Highland 45
Story of the game: Connor Brady led a balanced scoring effort with
14 points as Olympus took a big lead and held off Highland in a key
Region 6 game.
Oly's best moment: Brady, Corbin Green and Spencer Hille got Oly
off to a good start (a 12-2 first-quarter lead). Highland rallied in the
third period, but the Titans hit enough free throws at the end to take
the win.
Highland's best moment: The Rams by as many as 17 points
(33-16), but rallied in the third period and eventually tied the game,
41-41. Taylor Janoe had a season-high 12 points and Jordan
Crayton added 11.
Statistical notes: Oly was 24-35 from the free-throw line, which was
more than double Highland's effort (11-16). Both teams had four
three-pointers, which means Highland guarded the perimeter better.
What we learned from this game: Oly avoided disaster by winning
this game. Combined with West's loss, the Titans are back in sole
possession of first place.
Next: Oly plays at Granger on Feb. 10. Highland has Murray at
home the same night.
Links: The Deseret News had a reporter at the game. To read the
D-News game story, click here. To view the Salt Lake Tribune box
score, click here.
Jan. 30 - Murray 53, Olympus 50
Story of the game: Markus Duran had a season-high 26 points,
including five three-pointers, as Murray rallied to hand Olympus its
first Region 6 loss.
Oly's best moment: In a battle of two great offenses, this was more
of a defensive tussle. Connor Brady led Oly with 15 points, while
Corbin Green had 14 and Spencer Hille 11. Oly had "only" four
three-pointers.
Murray's best moment: The Spartans trailed most of the game, but
stayed close. Duran was Murray's only real offensive threat (he
scored about half its points) and the Spartans won their fourth
game in five games.
Statistical notes: Only five players scored for Oly. Will Watkins had
just two points. Murray had seven three-pointers.
What we learned from this game: This is another wake-up call for
Olympus. If the East game didn't do it, this one should. It seems
opponents may be figuring some things out about Olympus.
Next: Olympus has Highland at home on Feb. 6. Murray goes to
West the same night.
Links: There was no local media coverage of this game. To read
the Deseret News brief, click here. To view the Salt Lake Tribune
box score, click here.
Jan. 27 - Olympus 74, Cyprus 38
Story of the game: Corbin Green led the way with 15 points as
Olympus took a big lead early and them emptied its bench en route
to an easy Region 6 win over Cyprus.
Oly's best moment: The Titans' starters got this rout going early
and Oly took a 27-7 lead after one quarter. It was 44-18 at halftime,
and then the reserves took over. Eleven players scored for Oly, and
their hot outside shooting continued with eight three-pointers.
Cyprus' best moment: This was never a winnable game. The
Pirates trailed the entire game. They needed either a great offensive
effort or a brilliant defense. Isaac Johnson had six points for Cyprus.
Statistical notes: The 36-point difference was the biggest of any
Region 6 game this year. Connor Brady and Spencer Hille had 11
points each for Oly. The Titans were only 4-8 from the free-throw
line as they spent most of their time on the perimeter.
What we learned from this game: Oly's outside shooting is
carrying it and the team has several players who can shoot. Only
West has an impact player inside that could derail the Titans. Oly
hasn't lost since Dec. 19.
Next: Oly plays at Murray on Jan. 30. Cyprus travels to Highland the
same night.
Links: There was no local media coverage of this game. To read
the Deseret News brief, click here. To view the Salt Lake Tribune
box score, click here.
Jan. 23 - Olympus 36, East 35
Story of the game: Nick Paulos scored 10 points and Spencer Hille
had nine as Olympus somehow avoided East's upset bid with a
narrow Region 6 victory.
Oly's best moment: The Titans had to develop a new game plan,
and they did it with defense, and managed to win. Oly trailed 33-27
entering the fourth quarter, but outscored East 9-2 to win it.
East's best moment: The Leopards had a marvelous game plan
and it worked. Christian Brown led East with 13 points. If they had
managed any sort of offense in the fourth quarter, they would have
won.
Statistical notes: Paulos and Brown each had three treys to lead
their team. Oly was 8-14 from the free-throw line; East was 3-7. The
36 points was a season low for Oly.
What we learned from this game: How did Oly win this game?
This had upset written all over it, but Paulos, Hille and a little bit of
luck did it. The win was Oly's 8th straight.
Next: Oly returns home to play Cyprus Jan. 27. East goes to
Highland the same night.
Links: There was no local media coverage of this game. To read
the Deseret News brief, click here. To view the Salt Lake Tribune
box score, click here.
Jan. 20 - Olympus 78, West 60
Story of the game: Connor Brady scored 21 points and Corbin
Green had 20 as Olympus pummeled West with its perimeter
shooting, nailing 12 three-point baskets, in a Region 6 game.
Oly's best moment: Oly led most of the game, but didn't really pull
away until the fourth quarter with a 26-point outburst. The victory
elated the home crowd because it put the Titans into sole
possession of first place.
West's best moment: The Panthers trailed most of the game, but
made a nice rally in the third quarter, keyed by several steals, that
narrowed the gap to six points. Tyrell Corbin led West with 21
points. Chris Barnes had 16.
Statistical notes: This was West's first loss of the season. Oly hit
26-41 (63 percent) from the field, while West was 25-56. Oly has
beaten five region opponents by an average of 16.8 points. Oly had
six different players nail three-pointers.
What we learned from this game: Oly became the Region 6
favorite with the win, and has been dominating most opponents,
especially at home.
Next: Oly travels to play East on Jan. 23. West takes on Highland at
home the same night.
Links: The Deseret News had a reporter and photographer at the
game. To read the D-News game story, click here. To view the Salt
Lake Tribune box score, click here. To see the D-News photo

Jan. 16 - Olympus 71, Cottonwood 53
Story of the game: Will Watkins tied his season high with 20 points
as Olympus grabbed an early lead and had little trouble dispatching
Cottonwood to stay unbeaten in region.
Oly's best moment: The Titans had a balanced scoring attack with
four players in double figures. They jumped to a 16-6 first-quarter
lead, and ended up hitting 27-41 free throws, which was enough to
hold off the Colts' comeback.
Cottonwood's best moment: The Colts scored just 10 points in the
first quarter, but hit eight three-pointers to make the final more
respectable. Raymond Chavez had 15 points and Tyson Reynolds
13.
Statistical notes: Chavez had four of Cottonwood's eight three-point
baskets. The Colts hit just 9-19 free throws - in their own gym.
Connor Brady had 15 points, Corbin Green 14 and Nick Paulos 10
for Oly.
What we learned from this game: Oly avoided an upset by getting
the big lead early, proving it wasn't looking forward to its next game.
Next: Oly returns home to play unbeaten West on Jan. 20.
Cottonwood goes to Highland the same night.
Links: There was no local media coverage of this game. To read
the Deseret News brief, click here. To view the Salt Lake Tribune
box score, click here.
Jan. 13 - Olympus 71, Granger 46
Story of the game: Corbin Green scored 19 points and Olympus
went on a 21-0 scoring run in the second quarter to claim a
convincing Region 6 victory over Granger.
Oly's best moment: Teamwork can beat Granger, and Oly has it.
The Titans led 10-6 after the first quarter, but it was 39-14 at
halftime. Connor Brady had 12 points and Will Watkins 11.
Granger's best moment: After trailing big at halftime, Granger
matched Oly in the second half. Tre Musgrow led the Lancers with
15 points.
Statistical notes: Oly made eight three-pointers in the game. Green
and Brady had three each. Both teams shot well from the free-throw
line. Twenty-nine points in a quarter is a season high for Oly.
What we learned from this game: Oly improved to 3-0 and is still
tied with West in first place in Region 6. That game is one week
away, but Oly can't look forward to it. This was probably Oly's most
dominating win.
Next: Oly travels to play Cottonwood on Friday (Jan. 16). Granger
has a home game against Highland the same night.
Links: There were no local reporters covering the game, but the Salt
Lake Tribune sent a photographer. To read the Deseret News brief,

Jan. 9 - Olympus 51, Highland 35
Story of the game: Will Watkins and Corbin Green scored 13 points
apiece as Olympus took advantage of Highland's cold shooting to
score a Region 6 in a physical game.
Oly's best moment: The Titans led 14-12 after the first quarter, but
stretched it to 10 points at halftime. Oly shot primarily from
three-point range, where it was 9-16 for the game. Watkins was 3-3
from three-point land.
Highland's best moment: The Rams couldn't shoot, but they
rebounded well. Highland had a 35-23 advantage on the boards.
The Rams made a nice rally to cut the lead to six points in the third
quarter, but couldn't get closer. Latu Heimuli had nine points and 13
rebounds.
Statistical notes: Oly shot 12-28 from the field (42.8%), while
Highland was 14-50 (28.0%). Worse, the Rams were 2-18 from
three-point range. Green, who was saddled with foul problems,
was 10-13 from the free-throw line.
What we learned from this game: Oly has 4-5 players who can
comfortably shoot from three-point range. That was clearly the
difference in this game.
Next: Oly returns home to play Granger on Jan. 13. Highland travels
to Murray the same night.

Jan. 6 - Olympus 81, Murray 74
Story of the game: Will Watkins and Corbin Green scored 20 points
apiece as Olympus escaped with an overtime victory over Murray in
their Region 6 opener.
Oly's best moment: This game was close throughout, and the
fourth quarter featured a combined 46 points. Oly had a better
inside game, and hit 32-43 free throws. Connor Brady added 18
points.
Murray's best moment: The Spartans had Oly on the ropes, thanks
a lot to John Hunt's outside shooting. Murray led 37-33 at halftime,
but gave away the lead in the third quarter. Hunt finished with 24
points, while Markus Duran had 18.
Statistical notes: Murray had eight three-point baskets, but had
less than half as many free-throw attempts. Oly held Murray to just
six points in the third quarter.
What we learned from this game: Oly is one of the favorites to win
Region 6, and this game showed it is just a little bit better than
some of the other teams.
Next: Oly travels to Highland on Jan. 9. Murray returns home to play
West.
Links: There was no local media coverage of this game. To read
the Deseret News brief, click here. To view the Salt Lake Tribune
box score, click here.
Jan. 2 - Olympus 65, Taylorsville 38
Story of the game: Connor Brady and Corbin Green had 18 points
apiece as Olympus used its outside shooting to hand Taylorsville
its worst loss of the season.
Oly's best moment: The Titans nailed eight three-point baskets
and extended the lead in the second and third quarters. Oly's
defense also held Taylorsville to a season-low total.
Taylorsville's best moment: Perhaps the Warriors were rusty?
Jordan Edgington had 14 points and Stevie McCloyn 13. This was a
blowout loss, and seemingly unexplainable.
Statistical notes: Nick Paulos had 10 points for Oly, which won its
second straight game. It was also their first road victory. Green had
three treys, and Paulos had a pair.
What we learned from this game: Olympus is expected to be a
contender in Region 6 and it is entering region playing its best
basketball of the season.
Next: Olympus opens region play at home against Murray Jan. 6.
Taylorsville has West Jordan at home the same night.

Dec. 30 - Olympus 73, Woods Cross 68
Story of the game: Joe Bourne scored 20 points and Corbin Green
had 17 to help Olympus build a big first-half lead and beat Woods
Cross, despite a gallant effort by Tyler Stahle.
Oly's best moment: Olympus led 24-12 after the first quarter, and
extended it to 36-21 at intermission. Spencer Hille and Will Watkins
added 10 apiece for the Titans, who avenged two losses from last
season.
Woods Cross' best moment: Stahle had a season-high 41 points,
and was mostly responsible for the Wildcats rally that turned this
into a game in the late going. Jake West had 10 points.
Statistical notes: Oly hurt itself by shooting just 19-37 from the
free-throw line. Bourne's 20 points was a season high.
What we learned from this game: The win evened Oly's record and
gave them a victory over a time it could see again in the 4A state
tournament.
Next: Olympus travels to Taylorsville Jan. 2. Woods Cross plays at
Bountiful Jan. 14.

Dec. 19 - Skyline 62, Olympus 50
Story of the game: Ryan Osterloh scored 23 points and Kevin
Wagstaff had 16 as Skyline took an early lead and kept it throughout
the game to win at Olympus for the first time in 10 years.
Oly's best moment: The Titans had their three-point shooting eye
as they nailed six three-pointers. Nick Paulos had four treys and led
the team with 12 points. Spencer Hille had 10.
Skyline's best moment: The game went back-and-forth in the first
half. Oly's last lead was 19-18, but Ryan and Jake Osterloh keyed a
12-2 run that gave Skyline the lead it never relinquished.
Statistical notes: Jake Osterloh had a season high 11 points for
Skyline. Oly's leading scorer, Corbin Green, had just one point.
Skyline was 22-32 from the free-throw line, while Oly was 8-10.
What we learned from this game: This was a big win for Skyline,
which is now 7-0 going into the Christmas break. Oly has to be
disappointed, but this one loss won't decide its season.
Next: Oly has a home game against Woods Cross Dec. 30. Skyline
is off until Jan. 2, when it plays host to Granger.

Dec. 17 - Alta 69, Olympus 61
Story of the game: Ammon Olsen led five players that scored in
double figures as Alta blew out to a 23-point lead at one point
before holding off Olympus in a non-region game.
Oly's best moment: The Titans cut the lead late in the third quarter
and then made a slight run at Alta in the fourth. Corbin Green led
with 17 points, followed by Joe Bourne and Connor Brady with 11
each.
Alta's best moment: The Hawks were great in the first half,
dominating the visitors in virtually all parts of the game. At halftime,
it was 40-21 and the lead grew in the third quarter before Oly began
to rally.
Statistical notes: Olympus was 17-18 from the free-throw line.
Alta's 69 points was a season high - by far. So far, their two home
wins have been comfortable.
What we learned from this game: Alta keeps improving and will
likely reach the 5A state tournament if things keep going the way
they are. Their starting five played well tonight.
Next: Olympus has its first home game of the season against
Skyline Friday (Dec. 19). Alta plays at Weber Dec. 22.

Dec. 12 - Olympus 78, Box Elder 57
Story of the game: Connor Brady scored 26 points and Corbin
Green had another 22-point game as Olympus showed observers
more of its potential in an impressive road win over Box Elder.
Oly's best moment: This is more like it. Box Elder is not a bad
team, but the Titans shredded their defense behind Brady, Green
and Nick Paulos, who had 12 points. Oly scored 20 points or more
in every quarter but the fourth.
Box Elder's best moment: Brant Mecham continued his scoring
show with a game-high 27 points. Last year, Box Elder came to Oly
and got a big win.
Statistical notes: Oly led 43-22 at halftime. Apparently, Box Elder
decided it needed to keep up with the Titans in the second half
because both teams scored big in the third period. Mecham's
scoring output was his best so far this season.
What we learned from this game: Last year, Oly's offense revolved
around Spencer Hille. He had just eight points on this night, but
he's still a presence. 4A and Region 6 rivals no doubt noticed this
effort by Oly.
Next: Olympus travels to Alta for a Dec. 17 game. Box Elder, now
2-3, has a home against Layton the same night.

Dec. 9 - Olympus 67, Layton 57
Story of the game: Corbin Green had a breakout game, scoring 22
points, including four three-point baskets, as Olympus went on the
road and shot past Layton in a non-region game.
Oly's best moment: Connor Brady had 18 points, meaning this
could be a devastating combination for opponents. Oly led most of
the game, and shot well. This is the first time we've seen the Titans'
potential.
Layton's best moment: The Lancers lost their second straight
game. They played tough, and trailed only 50-46 entering the final
quarter. Layton had four players score in double figures.
Statistical notes: Olympus has nine three-point baskets, with
Green as its leader. The Titans also canned 18-23 free throws.
What we learned from this game: Oly played a nice game,
especially when you consider this was on the road. Since the Titans
play their first four on the road, maybe this will given them more
confidence.
Next: Oly travels to play Box Elder on Friday (Dec. 12). Layton plays
host to Woods Cross tonight (Dec. 10).

Dec. 2 - Bingham 54, Olympus 40
Story of the game: Size did matter as Bingham rode the scoring of
6-foot-5 Remington Peck and 6-8 Ben Clifford. Peck scored 17
points and Clifford had 14 as the Miners took the early lead and
never relinquished it in both team's opener.
Oly's best moment: Like their football team, the Titans like the
quick score. Connor Brady nailed four treys, and seven of Oly's 12
baskets came from the three-point line. Brady led Oly with 15
points, while Spencer Hille had 11.
Bingham's best moment: Peck played a big role in the Miners'
football season, and showed little rust. He even hit a three-pointer.
Bingham led 26-17 at halftime, and didn't let Oly rally.
Statistical notes: Both teams shot 9-of-17 from the free-throw line.
That's not surprising this early in the season. Both teams will likely
improve dramatically in all parts of the game as the season
progresses.
What we learned from this game: Olympus likes to pack its
preseason schedule with powerful opponents, and this year is no
different. While it might hurt their overall record, it will help the Titans
in Region 6 play - at least it did last year.
Next: Oly has a week off before playing at Layton Dec. 9. Bingham
has a home game Friday (Dec. 5) against Bountiful.
